Airports.

There's just something about airports that is just so captivating. It's a
magical place. A place the brings people together and years them apart. Little
kids roam, while older people stare down at tickets figuring out their travel
plans. An airport is a place where kids come home from college, soldiers are
reunited with their families, Christmas vacations begin and summer vacations
end. A place where you are torn away from your best friends, but reunited with
them again later, a place that two lovers choose to depart on their honeymoon.
Children get to see the world all together in one place. Through people.

Something mystifying is in the air. Something no one can explain. You experience
it though. Every single person in these airports have a story, a reason for
being there.

You can tell who the important businessman sitting in the corner on his laptop
is. You can tell who the "careless" teenager with the headphones with music so
loud the whole world is tuned out is. You can tell who the parents for the child
that is running through the rows of chairs are. You can tell who the foreigner
that's speaking loudly on the phone in some unknown language is.

All of these people come together for a common reason, and none of them stop to
think about it. They're all going places, maybe not the same place. Maybe some
are going happily and some sadly. But it's still the same thing.

Airports. A place that brings together people all over the world.

A place where differences don't matter.

Sweet Serendipity.
